The order form is sited on a SECURE SERVER and employs 128 bit encryption, this requires an-up-to-date browser with the security settings set to default (or appropriate).  Customer details are not maintained on the internet site, for this reason it will be necessary to complete your details below each time you place an order.  You will note that the address is HTTPS and most browsers provide a 'padlock' or similar symbol near the bottom of the screen to confirm that you are using a secure connection. (SSL = encrypted Secure Socket Layer)

When you place an order via the secure order page (SSL encrypted Secure Socket Layer), you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order... for major items another e-mail will be generated manually within one working day to confirm processing and despatch.

Orders paced by noon Monday - Friday are usually despatched same day (subject to availability). If there is any problem with your order, we will contact you.
